We require a current C5 vaccination for all dogs, showing that the vaccination has been done within the last 12 months. If a vaccination has been missed, it must have been administered at least 14 days prior to arrival.
We require a F3 OR Above Vaccination for cats, showing vaccination has been done within the last 12 months. If a vaccination has been missed, it must have been administered at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Vaccinations to be emailed through to: email@example.com prior to arrival.
All pets must be up to date with their flea and worm treatment and given no more than 1 month prior to arrival as per the Victorian Code of Practice for Boarding Kennels and Catteries.
Medication: Must be in original packaging and clearly labelled.
$2.00 - $5.00 per day.
Grooming: A complimentary hydro-bath is given to dogs who board 4 days or more, providing pick-up is not prior to 11am.
How can I check on my pet during their stay?
Please feel free to contact us, we are more than happy to let you know how they are settling in.
We are even known to send through a photo or two without being asked. Alternatively and especially during our busier periods, our socials are a good place to start.
My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?
You can provide your cat and/or dog’s regular food. Dry food needs to be supplied in an airtight container. Wet food/raw meat needs to be portioned. Please label with your dog's or cat’s name and your surname.
Pick up and delivery service (by appointment only)
$70.00 each way/per animal on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings (subject to change).
We cover all Melbourne suburbs, including Toorak, Ivanhoe, Eltham, Camberwell, Hawthorn, Brighton, Glen Iris, Melbourne Central, St Kilda, Lilydale and surrounding suburbs.
Do you you have a minimum stay over the Easter and Christmas holiday period?
Yes, Easter bookings attract a 5 day minimum charge and Christmas bookings attract a 10 day minimum charge (20th Dec to 15th Jan inclusive, from date of admission).
To secure your Easter and/or Christmas bookings, immediate payment of a non-refundable and non transferable 50% deposit is required before a date will be held. Any deposit paid is deducted from the final balance of your booking.
