    Our dog boarding and cattery is a small, family owned, operated business. A place we also call our 'home', nestled on 20 peaceful acres overlooking the Yarra Valley at Dixons Creek, approximately 1 hour from the Melbourne CBD.

Dog boarding

We offer long-term and short-term dog boarding in Melbourne. Our suites are spacious and can be either single occupied or shared. Daily exercise is all part of our care and includes lots of interaction, either by a member/s of our team and/or other social guests.

Cat boarding

We offer long-term and short-term cat boarding in Melbourne. Our suites are spacious and suitable for up to two cats. We provide daily entertainment or if they prefer, their own, or our personal interaction.
*Two cats from the same household may share upon client request/approval (please advise when enquiring/booking).

We know there's nowhere as special as home, so we strive to make our pet boarding the next best thing; safe, active and caring, where every paw-sonality is treated as an individual. The happiness of your family member is our number one priority.

Please feel free to contact us, we are more than happy to let you know how they are settling in. We are even known to send through a photo or two without being asked. Alternatively and especially during our busier periods, our socials are a good place to start.

You can provide your cat and/or dogs regular food. All food (dry and/or wet) needs to be pre-packaged/portioned and labelled. Please label with your dog's or cats name along with your surname.

Daily charges are per pet / per day.
If collection on the last day of boarding is between (9:30am 11:30am) there is no charge for that day, except if it falls on a public holiday/day in-lieu and where minimum charges apply (Easter and Christmas).

  • School Holidays / Christmas / New Year: 19th December 2024 - 31st January 2025

Please note: all fees are payable (less any deposit paid) prior to or at the time of admission of each Pet to ADDACT. We accept payment by Cash, Mastercard, Visa and EFTPOS. Surcharge applies: 1.5% on Visa/Mastercard and 0.5% EFTPOS (auto calculated on EFTPOS terminal). Bank Transfer for deposits and advance payments are also accepted. All animals are charged for the day they arrive. Animals collected before 11:30am will not be charged for the day, unless it is a public holiday. Animals delivered are charged for the day they are delivered. Days of delivery are Monday, Wednesday and Fridays (excluding public holidays).
