How can I check on my pet during their stay?

Please feel free to contact us, we are more than happy to let you know how they are settling in. We are even known to send through a photo or two without being asked. Alternatively and especially during our busier periods, our socials are a good place to start.

My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

You can provide your cat and/or dog’s regular food. All food (dry and/or wet) needs to be pre-packaged/portioned and labelled. Please label with your dog's or cat’s name along with your surname.

Do you offer a pick-up and delivery service?

Yes, we operate a pick-up and delivery service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings approximately between 7:00am – 8:00am (by appointment only and excluding public holidays).

Our vehicles are air-conditioned and fitted out accordingly to ensure a comfortable experience. All cats and small dogs are transported in pet carriers. Owners/guardians must be present to hand over and receive pets from our drivers.

Not all pets travel well so please do not feed your pet on the morning of collection and we will provide them with breakfast once they arrive at A Dogs Domain and Cats too.
